Part of our values is to make sure we all have fun in the process so we schedule routine family events for all employees.
Our business continues to grow year over year which is requiring we continue to add positions to the companies infrastructure.
Our company is going strong with a lot of great customers. In 2022 we hired two apprentices to help the company continue to expand and meet the needs of not only our current customers, but those that we hope to attain with our professionalism and reliability.

We work hard to ensure our compensation and benefits compare well to other service companies, but we work even harder to ensure our culture and ideals are best in class.
Our Culture is simple. The front-line team members are the most important members on the team, not managers or supervisors and yes, not even the owners. Team members are encouraged to speak up, offer suggestions and challenge status quo. Managers or leader’s main objective is to support the team, not manage their day to day.
My interest in electrical came from my grandfather; a licensed electrician. I would go with him from time to time on jobs and learn about the trade. In pursuit of that career, I attended Harvard H. Ellis Tech School. After completing my 8000 hours of apprenticeship, I attained my E-2 license. I worked in the field honing an interest and specialty in motor controls before taking the test to obtain my E-1 license in Connecticut and followed-up with a license in Massachusetts. I have been an electrician since 1999 working in industrial, commercial, and residential. I opened my own business in 2020, with the help of my wife, to help create a legacy for our children and in memoriam to my grandfather.
Our motto is “When reliability earns trust”, and we work hard to live up to that.
